Unable to login to app after switch to prepay

Hello all, 

 

I switched from bill pay to pre pay and can no longer access my three app and receive the following error on the website

 

No Active Customer or Subscriptions were found.

 

The app does show me this message on login

 

Continue registering

To finish registering,  link your mobile or broadband number to your My3 account. 

Login

 

Hitting login just loops back to the initial login landing page in the app. 

 

Any help is greatly appreciated,
