I made a topup of $20, when my $30 prepaid plan expired, it didn't give me the topup but my balance appears as $0, I made a topup of $10 and only $10 appears on my balance, where was my $20 if I don't have service?
Hey @iki I'd be happy to look into this here for you. If you are on the 3 Prepay 30 plan and your plan has expired, you will no longer have any allowances on your account until you top up by €30 again to activate your plan.
If you have topped up by €20 without having an active plan then this credit may have been used on out of bundle services such as calls, texts and data. You can confirm that the credit was applied to your account and how this credit was used by viewing your history on your My3 account.
