Hi guys,

 

I urgently need help and this is my last resort. 

 

I'm on a PAYG - so I top up 20 Euros a month for data. For the last 2, 3 weeks i wasnt able to log in to the website to check my balance or top up. I was asked to "use your email as a username and not the mobile number" but when I do that, the page shows me "No customer with this account" - So neither with the mobie number OR the email I can get into my 3 account. So I cant see my balance neither can I top up.

 

I've spend hours and hours in the chat queue and when I got through after 7 hours of waiting, I got transfered and then the chat was closed. 

 

I am super upset. Please can someone help me to sort this out? TODAY if possible.

@RandomOne I know you might have tried it already, but if you haven't, can you clear the cache/history and log in from the beginning again? Let me know how this goes.
