Unable to top up

Unable to top up

Unable to top up my account while signed in or using instant top-up.  Payment is taken from my card but error message is received on Three website saying there was a technical error.  I have never been able to top up while signed in but instant top-up used to work.  This is a shambles.

 

Please advise urgently.

Hi @Liam_60886 I'd be happy to investigate this for you. The first thing I will need to do is look at your account so please pop me a PM with your name, number, full address and date of birth. Please let me know if the payment has been completed or if it is pending, you'll be able to check this in your online banking.
