Can I get copy of my prepay bill statement with my address?

I wish to print out my bill statement history containing my billing address. Can someone help on it?

I need this document for my Irish Citizenship Application.

I can help you with this, we can organise a Top Up Receipt for you.  To do this I'll need you to PM me your name, number, full address and date of birth so that I can pull up your account.

A bill that can be used as proof of address would only be available on My3 to customers who are on a Postpay / Bill Pay account.
