Unable to use my 3 prepay credit on Apple App Store

Hi,

When I try to use my 3 prepay credit on Apple App Store or even remove this payment option from App Store, it says there is an active subscription on my account that requires at least one payment on file, but I have no idea which subscription it’s talking about. Could you help me to fix it?

Hey @GabrielGandara, I'd love to help get this sorted for you, can you pop back here with a screenshot of the error you are receiving so I can get a better view and make sure not to include personal information such as card details.

Thanks @GabrielGandara from looking at the above I would recommend contacting Apple directly to check with them to see if there is a subscription on your Apple account that is causing this to happen.
