Waiting ONE MONTH for a VAT invoice

I have been waiting over a month to receive a VAT invoice for a phone I bought last year that needs to be repaired and to do this I need the VAT invoice. I have been speaking to at least 10 three representatives who have all given me dates when I will have the invoice in my emails but i still have not received it and when I call they say it’s still being worked on. I have had no phone for a month despite paying 800€ for the phone last year before it shut down and stop working. This is a disgrace and They won’t let me speak to anyone who is directly dealing with my case

@Kelly1 this is not what we like to hear. I understand it must be frustrating. When was the last time a request was put through for you?

I rang on the 3rd of June 2021 for the invoice I was told it would be sent
by the following week but it wasn’t each time I rang after that new dates
were given. I then found out the case was only technically opened on the
18th of June despite me being in contact at least 3 times before that. Many
requests have been put in but none have followed through , the last time I
was speaking to someone was today and I was told it was still being worked
on even though I was told i would have it via email last Friday.

@Kelly1 when you were talking to somebody today ,w ere you advised that your request was being escalated or that there is a backlog for requests?
