Webtext down in Ireland

Hi, does anyone else have problems using webtext from a computer?

I'm in Ireland and it hasn't worked for some time now here. 

I have a ticket logged with online chat, but they tell me that no-one else is experiencing any issues.

I find that hard to believe because it does not work for me on any computer, anywhere and hasn't for some time now. It can't just be singling me out for bad treatment!

The error message I get is: "Message to +353.........) failed to be sent"

Anyone else?

Resurrecting old thread...

Neither +(number) nor 00(number) works for international webtext. While sending webtext to Irish mobiles works fine, attempt to send international webtext results in message "Message to +(number) failed to be sent". Tried UK mobiles, Dutch, German and Polish. Same failure.

Hi there @joujoujou thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. Are you still experiencing issues? If you are please let me know, how many international texts have you remaining, when did you first notice the failures, and are the numbers you're trying to text saved in your contacts?

I've tried sending international webtext from my own account and I'm able to. So please pop me a PM with your name, number, full address, date of birth and a couple of numbers you've tried to send a web text to which have failed and I'll get it logged with our technical team.
