Who and how can I contact an Irish 3 support employee for some honest answers to whats actually happening the three network maintenence in my area? I was assured by the india team all the work was complete and now get a message of more outages this week. I cant work at home with this uncertanty of network.

I am located in dunboyne co.meath, ireland.
I had a text message saying work being done in area and expect disruption.
I assume that's the local mast.
I just wanted clarification on how long the work is planned for, because I
was told it was finished last week.

Thanks for letting me know Chris, I have checked the area and can see works are ongoing which may be impacting your services temporarily. These works began today and will be completed by 28/10/2021. These works are being completed to improve the services in your area.

Dear Danni, thank you for the reply, indeed the service all week has been so bad it’s unusable for any application. I had to set up my work office in a friends house with a different network. And so, I need to ask for an update. Will the work be completed today 100% on the dunboyne mast?
