I'm trying to top up my prepaid account. In the options there's a drop down that lists "Me". I've previously topped up the wrong account using this. I've two Three phones and the logged in accounts accept email, username, phone number in ambiguous ways.
I've looked through the account and the only phone number mentioned is my contact number. That doesn't necessarily mean it is the "Me" that "Me" refers to. I've tried to add the number as a "friend" but the system won't let me (already exists, it says).
Can anyone help me with my existential crisis? Am I "Me"?
Meanwhile, I selected a new plan but didn't want to activate it yet. And the existing plan was deactivated anyway. So I'm travelling and I'm off WiFi. Not to worry, I got someone else to top me up. I couldn't. Even with a hot spot, the payment kept failing.
You really need to fix this system. Really.
