I got an email and text message today saying my number is inactive. Also, an offer (20 euro bnus credit) if i reactivate. When I moved to 3 prepay, I was told that my account would need 20 euro top up once every 6 months. I moved to 3 at end of June. I don't use this number to make calls, as I have a work SIM, but I need to keep it active to answer personal calls etc. Why is my number now flagged as Inactive? It shouldnt go Inactive until end of December.
