I'd like to help you add your partner to your account but I'll need a little more info. Is your partners number with Three at the moment or currently on another network?
If your partner is a Three customer and the account is in their name you'll both need to visit one of our retail stores and they'll be able to help you instore. To locate your nearest store just click here. Please make sure you both have ID this will be needed for account security.
If your partner's number is not currently with Three to add them to your account you'll need to log in to your my3 account and then go to Phones and Plans and select the one they want. Purchasing it this way will mean that it'll be set up on your account.
