cannot receive sms verification texts from bank.

I cannot receive sms verification texts from bank. I did get verification text from three.ie when creating account same day after that. Bank says they see messages have been sent. (first 2 messages actually arrived, nothing after that, tried number of times after restarting phone. Bank told to contact phone operator= three. Number of messages on phone is about 10 so its not "memory full" issue.  -Please enable receiving these messages for me. Phone is new nokia 105. Its Prepaid phone (prepay hero)
