Hi, just wanted to add my voice to the few angry loyal customers like myself, about the inability to swap to the hero plan. I mean really? Time to think this one thought fast people..

Hi. I agree - this is ridiculous and not customer centric. Nowhere in advertising or the full Prepay T&Cs document does it note Hero is only avalable to new customers Tesco uses the 3 network and I can just move to them and port my number to avail of same €15 plan. Time to vote with feet but might bang off an email to regulators first!!
