moving to 3 Prepay Hero

moving to 3 Prepay Hero

hi,

 

I have six separate payg plans with you. Myself and my children. I want to move them all to 3 prepay hero and put them all on my account. Is this possible? Do I just add them to my account, add line??

 

Also what happens to the credit on those accounts when moving??

@TinTinner Hi there & welcome to the 3Community. Our newest 3 Prepay Hero plan is not available for current customers. This plan is only available for new customers joining Three for the first time or moving to Three from a different network. 

 

As each account was set up individually it's not possible to add all your current prepay numbers to the same account. If you click on add line this will add a new number to your own account but it won't be possible to move your current number over to replace it.
