"Time is running out", number to be deactivated

"Time is running out", number to be deactivated

Hi,
I received a text to that, and to top up or make a chargeable call or text, or the number would be inactive in 5 days.
However ... I topped up on November 22nd, 2024, and have texted a few times. Current Balance € 4,95.

Explain please ?!!!

After some PM's, it was confirmed by Three, that the message was sent in error by the automated system, not taking into account that a top-was done.
Hopefully it will be revised.

thanks for the reply.

I hardly use the mobile, as you might have seen already so, please explain how to make a screenshot of an SMS.
Using an Android Samsung, Galaxy XCover Pro, Android 13.
It's the same SMS that Three also send the "thanks for topping up" message comes from, and that it's running out, etc.

Maybe that can help finding it, without me having to send you something.

@HDPS on the Samsung, Galaxy XCover Pro if you hold the power and volume up button at the same time you will be able to complete a screenshot or pop through to us here on PM along with your full name, mobile number, address and date of birth and I can check the account here for you.
