Hello, I would like to know why my balance is zero. My Plan is 3 Prepay 20, I´ve been a customer since july 2020, It was always stated as zero. Thank you.
@guilhermefurlan Hello and welcome to 3Community. Did you know that when you top-up by €20 or more on 3 Prepay 20 that €20 is deducted for all the great benefits you get with your plan? All about: Prepay Plan Activation will give you more details. I'm wondering if this is why your balance is zero?
