I'm a loyal Pre-Pay customer of Three with 2 plans. Recently I had to get a replacement SIM, which is from Three. My old one was from O2, which stopped working, but my number I kept from Vodafone. I have a problem now online to make a purchase via my available credit, which I used to do several times before. It keeps saying that my Vodafone account is not active and to contact Vodafone. Please can you help.
Also my previous SIM I was able to lock, but not this replacement SIM.
