How to Top Up Someone Else
There are many ways to top up a Three customer. Take a look at the options below.
Top Up Online
Anyone can top up a Three customer online, simply by visiting our Instant Top Up page by clicking here.
- Enter and confirm the phone number you want to top up (ensure that you have the correct number).
- Choose the top up amount, and follow the instructions.
Top Up by Google Pay, or PayPal
When topping up online, you can top up using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.
- Select the top-up amount you wish to top the customer up by.
- Choose Google Pay, or PayPal as your payment method in the payments section.
- Follow the instructions to complete your payment. (You may need to authenticate using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device's passcode)
My3
You can top up another Three customer through your My3 account.
- Login to your My3 account
- Click "Top Up Now"
- Enter the number you want top up in the "Who are you topping up for?"
Voucher Top Up
- Buy a top up voucher.
- Call 1744.
- Follow the instructions to complete the top up.
Text Top Up
If you have previously registered a card and a friend's name on your My3 account, you can text "TOPUP <FRIENDS NICKNAME> <AMOUNT> <LAST 4 DIGITS OF REGISTERED CARD>" to 50406.
(E.g. Text TOPUP Fred 10 1234)
Call 1744
Call 1744 and follow the prompts to top up, using your credit or debit card.
Remember: If your card has expired or you have received a new card from your bank, you will need to update your card details on the My3 app to continue using your card.
