Not receiving calls or texts from networks outside of Three

A year ago I switched from Three to Vodafone. Now two weeks ago I have moved my phone number back from Vodafone to Three and ever since it’s been moved over I have only received calls and texts from other three numbers. I have tried ringing myself from number off of other networks and it just goes straight to voice mail. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
