Roaming voicemail charge when in ireland

I've was charged .35c for roaming voicemail

Number dialed is recorded as 171 40 on 8th of october 7.45 am

Duration 1 minute

I definitely wasnt travelling 

Will pm my details

Also having trouble applying data add on since website updates... 5€ recurring not doing anything when I try apply it

Have credit and is over a month since last data addon used

thanks for that Jerry, I can see the charge for 17140. On this side here it's showing as national not roaming. Did you call voicemail on that date?

I made the voicemail call but I thought voice mail was free for three essential plan. On my dashboard it shows as international with a .35c charge
