Top up offer not activated?

I used to have the 10 euro top up plan, now have the 20 euro one.

Because of that I accidentally topped up by 10 euro instead of twenty, then topped up by another 10 to activate my plan BUT it hasn't worked(also I was charged 2 euro without using my phone in the ten or so minutes between topups?)

How do I fix this?

@Darren25 Hi there 👋 To activate your price plan the top-up needs to be applied in one go, combinations of smaller amounts will not kick start your price plan benefits. I'm guessing from the details you've given that you are on 3 Prepay 20 and had availed of the half-price promotion previously?
