I topped up €20 and there was no message. I topped up €20 again and then a message that top up failed. My bank account is charged 2x€20. I request a refund of €20 and the top up of €20 to be applied,
@SeanT have you checked your bank account? When you check your bank account are the transactions showing as pending or completed?
