Hi, I have a 3 plus parcel that I cannot see in my account. Where do I find this so I can redeem it?

@Limi Good morning to you. Did you know that we have a dedicated 3Plus group hub? You can join by going to the quick finder on the Community. If you are using your mobile, scroll down and the "quick finder" is below Events. If you are using a desktop view, then quick finder is on the right hand side of the page, again under Events.
