Im suppost to have unlimited data and now only have 64 gig a month???

Hi there @Add_48177 thanks for reaching out to us here on 3Community. Thats strange, most of our plans have All You Can Eat Data. Where are you seeing that you have 64GB? By any chance, is the 64GB your EU data?

Hey @Add_48177, can you check the name of the plan that you are on? I am asking you to check because the 3 Bill Pay 400 5G plan comes with 64GB of EU Data Roaming Allowances and All You Can Eat Data in the EU.
If you log into My3 to check your plan and are on the 3 Bill Pay 400 plan, the data allowance you will see is your remaining EU Data Roaming allowance, even if you are in Ireland. However, this won't get used until you are roaming in the EU, and your All You Can Eat allowances will remain the same while in ROI.
Yes it's 3 bill pay 400 5g but I've had unlimited for years even when I got that plan so idk wtf

Thanks for confirming your plan @Add_48177. So if you check your allowances you don't see the All You Can Eat Data allowance? You'll see this in your My3 account - on the home page click the 'My3 account' tab and select 'allowances. If you don't see your data allowance here please grab me a screenshot and PM me with your name, number, full address and date of birth.
