Hey @Roisinodonoghue , Welcome to the 3Community 🙂, if the 3Plus team has tried to contact you they will normally call you from 061 203660 so I would recommend saving this into your phone but it they haven't been able to contact you in relation to a prize they would then move onto the next selected entrant.
