I received a call last week saying that I won a prize. I was told an email would be sent confirming the prize details.  I still haven't heard anything.

I was contacted by phone on 27th November by a lady called Saoirse. She
said that I had won a private screening to priscilla in the lighthouse
cinema and I would get an email confirming the details.

Thank you for looking into it but i never received an email on the 30th
November. I rang 1913 on the 30th and was speaking to someone on the phone.
Then they sent me a link for a webchat. They told me i would get a reply
within 48 hours but i never received anything.

Thanks @Marie_66250 , I would recommend checking your Spam or Junk folder to see if the email from the competition provider has been redirected there however I have checked this here for you and I can confirm this was emailed to the email address that I have for you here.

Thank you for looking into this for me but I have checked my spam and junk
and all other emails and I did not receive any email from 3. Can you resend
the email that was supposed to have sent to me on the 30th November

Hey Marie, when you are searching for the email for this competition, this wouldn't have been sent by Three and would have been sent directly by the competition provider.
