Haven’t received prize

I haven’t received an email for a 3 prize I’ve won and can’t PM a moderator here as instructed - how do I follow up on these tickets?

I'll be happy to help you here, if you have won tickets in a Three+ competition you won't receive an invite until a week before the concert so no need to worry. 

 

As you're new to the Community you'll need to increase your rank to send PMs. You can increase your rank by commenting on posts, creating new posts, & kudos/liking comments. Once you rank up you'll get a message to notify you & you'll need to log out & back into the Community & you'll be able to PM us directly. Thank you Niall! The gig is this Friday evening so I just wanted to sort the tickets asap as it’s now less than a week - who is best to speak to about this? Thanks a million
