They telephone you. I got a call today saying I won hozier tickets. Am awaiting an email with further details

What number do they use as I don’t answer a number I don’t recognise with the scams going around

It is an unknown number that they use. If you have voicemail I'm sure they'll leave a message. They called my email address out to me so if they can't get you on the phone and have your email address they might contact you that way

The phone number on my account is the mobile broadband number so that SIM is sitting in my 5G router so they will never get through. What happens then?

I've no idea I'm afraid.  Perhaps give customer care a call to discuss it with them?

We understand that your broadband number wouldn't be able to take a call compared with a mobile number in a phone. When you set up your broadband account we would have asked you for your mobile number and this would be added to the account so that we have a notification number for you. When the loyalty team receives the list of winners, the loyalty team will call this number listed on the account rather than the mobile number, similar to how the loyalty team would call you if they have an offer applicable to your account.
