I won tickets but never received any emails?

I received a phone call on August 15th saying that I had won tickets and to keep an eye on my emails but I never received anything

After sending on my details to Stacey, 

You conveniently after I opened a public discussion on the three community, send me the email I’ve been waiting all along for at 3pm today and to make it worse, the event and ticket is for TONIGHT? I live in Donegal, which is a 4 hour drive to the three arena in Dublin. It is not physically possible for me to arrive to Dublin in time for doors opening at 6:30, never mind the fact that I am working tonight. I was given no notice and it is completely unacceptable.

I firstly should not have had to follow up on this. If you contact someone stating they’ve won a competition YOU should be the person following up to ensure they receive what you’re advertising. 

Since receiving the initial phone call stating I had won the prize, myself and my mother were really looking forward to attending. This has been shocking communication from Three and I am deeply dissatisfied.

This is completely ridiculous from Three.

@Caoimhe_23775 The ticket information was indeed emailed on the 19/09/2024 to the same email address you provided me on Friday. After reading your post I reached out to the Three+ team for a copy of the email and that is what I forwarded to you.
