I checked the terms of the competition and the prize only seems to go to whoever picks up....I'll just go curl up in a ball and have a little cry 👌

Hey @Add_09577, if you have received a call from our Loyalty team this may have been the team contacting you about an offer on your account rather than being about a competition prize. I would recommend contacting 1913 where the team will be able to check the account for you.
