Missed call from loyalty team

I got one single call from this number, i didn't pick up because i didn't recognise it. I am very alert when it comes to scam numbers. When i googled the number i realised it was the loyalty team. I called back but it just notified me it was the loyalty team. Did i win something? how do i get in contact? Three+ Competition Winners 2024

Hey @katiedico , if you have received a call from our Loyalty team they maybe contacting you in relation to an offer on your account so I would recommend calling 1913 where a customer care agent will be able to help you.
