Missed call from loyalty team

I got a call from loyalty team on the 27th September so a week ago now. I didn’t answer but when I checked the number it said three loyalty so I rang back and I got an answering machine saying a member will be back in touch. No one has got back in touch. Did I win something?  And if so when will someone get in touch with me?
