I've had missed calls on the 1st 3rd 6th and 7th of November my handset was broken and have only gotten it back and seen the missed calls can anyone tell me what they were for thanks

If you have received a call from 061 203660 this would have been from the loyalty team, if your name is not listed here as a winner of a competition then I would recommend calling 1913 where a member of the team will be able to advise of offers available.
I'm getting these nuisance calls too. A googling tells me that plenty of people are getting asked for bank account numbers. So, if this is a Three number, it could be that scammers are spoofing the Three number.
As no messages are ever left it's not possible to be sure.
Can I ask , do Three leave a voice message if the call isn't picked up, or so they just hang up?
Hey @Stephen_49558 , if you receive a call from our Loyalty Team on 061 203660 and you miss the call, you won't receive a voicemail however if you call this number back you will be advised that this was a call from the Three Loyalty team. This would be the only number that you will receive a call from Three.
If you receive a call from a number begining with +353 this may be an example of call spoofing.
The fraudsters are masking the originating number and using randomly generated numbers with Irish prefixes to trick others into answering these calls.
Numbers from all network prefixes including landline numbers have been spoofed in this scam.
Sometimes these randomly generated numbers match those of real mobile or landline numbers in Ireland and result in calls or missed calls looking like they have come from a genuine phone.
Hey @Stephen_49558 , with these potential fraudsters that have been contacting you have these been specifically from the loyalty teams number of 061 203660? If you have examples of this I'd love to follow it up with the relevant team as normally with examples of call spoofing these fraudsters would use mobile numbers rather than landline numbers.

Thanks @Stephen_49558 I just want to confirm are these missed calls? The number (061) 203 660 is the number from our Loyalty Team who may have been trying to contact you in relation to an offer however if you have answered a call from this number and they were looking for suspicious information, other than confirming your name, address and date of birth for data protection purposes, pop back here via PM and I can pass this onto the team.
I got a call from this number and when i called back it said it was the loyalty team. I don't know if it's a scam or not, that's why i didn't pick up.
Hey @katiedico , if you have received a call from our Loyalty team they maybe contacting you in relation to an offer on your account so I would recommend calling 1913 where a customer care agent will be able to help you.
