Hi @Claire_51011, I'd be happy to look into this for you but please keep in mind that in order to be a Three+ winner you have to accept the prize on the call. If you missed the call most likely the prize is no longer available.

I won the the 12 days at Christmas prize - lifestyle bundle. I accepted on the call and gave permission to use my name. Why does it say anonymous above?

Hi @Cefa150 another member brought this to our attention a while back and while the system we use to pick these winners from,  is completely random to ensure unbiased selection. Every entry has an equal and fair opportunity to be selected. On the back of recent queries regarding Three competitions, we conducted a full review of process and remain fully confident in this.

But the Three+ team have taken the feedback onboard and will be adding a new Term and Condition starting from February 2024, to the competition eligibility criteria as follows:

Entrants must not have won a Prize for a Three+ competition in the last six months.
 

This will ensure a participant who wins a Three+ competition, will be excluded from winning a new competition on Three+ for the following 6 months and increase the chances of those who have not won Three+ competitions of winning.
