Ohhh thats strange, ticket information is sent out via email the week of the gig, any chance the email ended up in your spam/junk folder.
This seems to be what Three does.. tell you you’ve won something and doesn’t follow up or communicate with you on how to claim your prize.
I have had the same experience.
It’s ridiculous from Three.
The problem is clearly with Three. I also never received any tickets a week before the event. You’re telling people to check their spam for an email that was never sent from your side in the first place. Three needs to re-evaluate this process.
I checked my spam and junk emails for weeks and nothing came, I tired to call the help desk but no answer and I have also emailed

No I didn’t try that number I tried the competition line, either way I didn’t receive the tickets and nobody had resolved this, so I would like this resolved as soon as possible
