Hey @Ready5 , Congrats on winning tickets to the Glass Animals 🙂 I have checked this here for you and I can see the concert isn't until Wednesday October 30th so you shouldn't have received an email yet as they won't be sent out until a week prior to the gig so don't panic.
I'd recommend keeping an eye out on your emails as you should receive an email before the end of the week from [email protected] however if you haven't received an email by Friday pop through to us here on PM along with your full name and email address and I can check this here for you.
