Three Ireland is making some changes to improve the login processes for its websites and apps.
Currently (starting 18th June) we are sending SMS messages to some legacy users who still use their phone number as their username - asking that they use their email address as their username instead.
Impacted users can login to Three.ie and visit: 3.ie/AppUpdate to update their username.
Or they can visit the Manage Profile section of your account when you next log in.
If you feel you have any concerns about this or have issues updating your account username you can contact a Mod on 3Community via Private Message or contact a messaging agent via 3.ie/contactus
