We’ve added some new content explaining why a customers first bill may be higher than expected and as valued Three customers we’d love to get your opinion on it.

 

Why is my first bill higher than the cost of my price plan?

  1. Do you think the layout is clear, user-friendly, with a language clear to understand for a new Three customer?
  2. Is there a question about billing you frequently see in the community that we should address more clearly in the content?
  3. Any recommendations about additional content that would be useful (payments, DD ?)

01, Yes the layout is clear and easy to understand.

02 , No,  i like the fact that there are examples provided, so that people can follow their own dates

03. I think the pictures of Mary should be removed from the page, i dont think it adds to the content.
