Hi

Have recurring difficulty in Dublin 13 where people tell me they are phoning me and phone is ringing out

- but I have no record of missed calls and am not receiving these calls - this is very worrying given working from home etc - any ideas?

Have gone into settings to attempt 'phone with wifi' - based on online search - but option is only there for devices

@GBen22 Hello there, can you tell me if you notice this in any other area other than Dublin 13? When did you become aware of this? 

I'm wondering have you tried a Network Reset on your phone: 

1. From the Home screen, tap Settings > General > Reset.
2. Tap Reset Network Settings.
3. Type in the device password if prompted.
4. Confirm selection.

Thanks for coming back to me
I tried the reset and am still just getting a 1 bar signal strength
Do you want a specific location from me?
Is only in this specific area that I have this problem
As I said it is a nightmare when I'm expecting calls and affects my
business etc
What do you think?
