For the last three or four days I have been unable to receive SMS text codes from Microsoft outlook.com which are used as part of two factor authentication of logins. I have checked with them and there is apparently no issue at their end. Is it possible these are being blocked at network level by Three ? I can receive other texts.

Can you check your message settings to see if the number hasn't been blocked by the phone?

I have double checked and nothing in the phone settings seems to be blocking that number ( block list is empty) . Purpose of the post was to see if there was any possibility three might have blocked it for some reason ?

Blocks are only put in place when it's spam.
