On Prepay when you top up by the minimum amount of the plan the credit is used to activate the plan. To activate the plan you would need to make a once off top up to the minimum amount based on your plan however you can use the credit on out of bundle services such as chatibile donations or services that accept 3Pay such as the iOS store and google play store.
