If you are over 18 years of age, then you can request that the adult content filter be removed from your account. 😊

 

If you are a Bill Pay customer and would like to have the adult filter applied to your account, just contact us, and we can enable it for you.

@Patrick_63999 welcome to the 3Community, I have moved this post here under this thread as it relates to your query.  To remove the adult filter you can call 1913 or you can contact our messaging team here who will be more than happy to remove the adult filter. Please keep in mind that this can take up to 24 hours to activate.

Existance and inability to disable "Adult Content Filter" on the go is just shenanigans.

How do You even dare to put filters upon accounts without clearly stating it in Your Plan Description !?

You have my credit card, DOB and full details and this cannot be managed either by account page or Your app !?

Only by customer service? What kind of mockery is this for adult customer to request access like this from CS.

Constatn login problems with "oops something went wrong" everywhere, plus restrictions like this "by Default" and one of the worst signal reception IN DUBLIN !? Im about to withdraw my PAC... I never saw a "joke" like this before.
