We’ve taken everything you loved about the original My3 app and made it even better. The new My3 App puts you in full control of your mobile experience. No more waiting on hold or digging through emails—everything you need is just a tap away.

Ready to Dive In?
First things first, have you downloaded the app? If not, use the links below 👇
Now that you’ve downloaded the app, the next thing to do is log in. If you’re not already registered, don’t worry, have a look at our blog All About: Registering for My3 for a step-by-step guide on how to register.
Now that you’re logged in, let's see what the My3 app can do 👀
Your Bills
View your Bill - To view your most recent Bill, all you need to do is click on Bills at the bottom of the screen.
On this screen, you’ll also get the option to Set up Direct Debit, Make a Payment and view your Payment history.
View Previous Bills – Want to see a bill from the last 12 months? Not a problem for the new My3 App, all you need to do is click on Bills from the menu on the bottom of the screen, then click Past Bills. In this screen, you’ll see a list of all the bills that are available for you to view.
Payment
Make Payment – Making payment on the My3 App couldn’t be easier, once you're on the Bills page, you’ll see all the payment options available.
Set up a Direct Debit – Want to make sure that you never forget to pay your bill, then setting up a Direct Debit will be the perfect option for you. To watch a video on how to set up your Direct Debit please just click below.
Payment History - Click here to see details of your previous payments.
Your allowances & Balance
View all Allowances - Monitoring your usage couldn’t be easier. To view click View all Allowance on your dashboard. This will give you access to all your allowance, Data, Calls, and Texts.
Need more info about your usage? Then just click View full data usage
Check your balance – Click Bills at the bottom of the screen, this will give you a view of your current balance and payment options.
Your Plan & Phone
Change your Price Plan - Do you want to change your price plan? No problem on your home screen, simply scroll down until you see Change Plan. Once you click on Change plan you’ll be presented with the plans available for you to switch to.
*Please keep in mind that making changes to your plan may alter your terms and conditions, so please check out the T&C’s before confirming any changes.
Apply an Add-On - Adding and removing add-ons from your account has never been easier; all you need to do is click Explore add-ons on your dashboard. The new page will allow you to manage your current add-ons, but if you toggle to Explore add-ons, you’ll be able to see all add-ons available to you.
Upgrade your Phone
Do you want to upgrade to a new phone? On the dashboard, scroll down till and click on Check Upgrade. All you need to do now is follow the steps on the screen, it couldn't be easier 👍
Update your Personal Details
Need to update your personal details or your permissions & preferences? I’m happy to say in the new My3 App its at your fingertips. To access your details, click on Account at the bottom of your screen, from here you’ll just need to click on My details & preferences.
From here, you’ll be able to update contact numbers and emails, edit your marketing preferences.
Delete Your My3 Profile
Delete your My3 account: If you wish to close your My3 account then these are the steps that you’ll need to take.
Click Account at the bottom of the screen, now you’ll need to click Account settings and next you’ll need to click Manage profile. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Delete account.
