Big news, Three customers! We’ve just relaunched the My3 app, and it’s packed with powerful new features, a sleek design, and everything you need to stay in control of your mobile life—right at your fingertips.
What’s New?
We’ve taken everything you loved about the original My3 app and made it even better. The new My3 App puts you in full control of your mobile experience. No more waiting on hold or digging through emails—everything you need is just a tap away.
Whether you're a long-time user or brand new to the app, here’s why you’ll want to download it today:

Login
Once you’ve logged in there is so much you can do. To see some of the most popular features of the new My3 App keep reading.
From your dashboard, you’ll see options for units, credit balance, your plan, upgrade and add-ons.
Your Allowance & Usage
View your Allowances: To see what remains of your plan's allowances at any given time, all you need to do is click on View all allowances on your dashboard.
View usage: once you’ve clicked on View all allowances, you’ll be able to view your data, calls and text allowances, and you’ll also be able to see full details of your usage.
Your Credit & Top Up
Credit Balance: From your My3 app you’ll have the ability to complete a once-off top-up for yourself and others by card or voucher, set up a reoccurring top up and view your balance and top up history.
Top up Now: Clicking Top up now will enable you to process a once off top up, all you’ll need to do is follow the directions on screen.
Top up by voucher: If you’ve purchased a top up voucher you can apply it to your account through your My3 account just click the button Top up by voucher you’ll be directed to enter the voucher code.
Schedule Top up: Did you know that you could set up your top up to automatically apply every 28 days? If this is something that you’re interested in, all you need to do is click on Schedule top up. In the next screen you’ll select the top up amount and date and confirm the payment details. Simple 😊
Your Plan & Device
Your plan: Here the ability to control your plan is at your fingertips.
Change Plan: Clicking on Change plan you’ll see all price plans which are available for you to change to.
Upgrade device: Want a new phone 😊 All you’ll need to do is click Upgrade device and you’ll be guided to Three store and present with all our available devices.
Manage Plan: This option will enable you to see add-ons available to you.
Switch from prepay to postpaid: Want to move to Bill Pay no problem simply click the button and follow the directions on screen.
Your Personal Details
Account: To access your personal details and preferences, you’ll need to click on Account from the menu at the bottom of your screen.
My details & preferences: From here you’ll have the ability to update your personal details, your permissions & preferences and register for Three+.
Delete Your My3 Profile
Delete your My3 account: If you wish to close your My3 account then these are the steps that you’ll need to take.
Click Account at the bottom of the screen, now you’ll need to click Account settings and next you’ll need to click Manage profile. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Delete account.
If you are experiencing issues launching the new app, to rule out any data conflict and fix any potential bugs, use the instructions below 👇. These steps may differ slightly depending on the version and device
Go into Settings / Apps / Apps, then search for My3, and go to Storage and Clear data and also Clear cache.
