My3 Auto Registration: Making Things Even Easier for New Customers
At Three, we’ve made it even simpler for new customers to get started with My3, thanks to the introduction of My3 Auto Registration.
You might be wondering—what exactly is My3 Auto Registration? It’s a new feature that allows customers to opt in during their purchase journey and have their My3 account created automatically by Three. No extra steps, no hassle.
Since this is a new process, we here on the Community thought it would be helpful to take a closer look and clear up any confusion.
Opting in for Auto Registration
Since XXX customer's joining Three will be offered the opportunity to have a My3 account automatically registered for them. This option is available for all new customers who join Three online, in-store or over the phone.
Below is step 1 of Three’s online checkout process. If you’d prefer not to create a My3 account, simply untick the box shown below.
How Auto Registration Works
Ticking the box enables Three to create a My3 account using the details provided during the purchase.
Once your order/purchase is complete, you’ll receive the below email from Three, and all that’s left for you to do is click on the CREATE PASSWORD button.
On the Create Password screen, you’ll need to set up your password and click Confirm
Create a Passkey. Hate having so many passwords? Then, setting up a passkey would be perfect for you. If you’d prefer to use facial recognition or your fingerprint instead of a password, all you need to do is click Create Passkey 👇
If a passkey is not for you, then you can click Skip For Now
