Please advise as I cannot top up and.my.balanxe is being eaten up I have tried multiple card and have contacted the different banks and.it an issue on 3s side and have seen multiple psots about the same issue in the community.
Please advise on restore my credit with voucher please. Thanks
Hi @Add_10468shsjsnsn, yes we are aware that some Three customers are currently experiencing difficulties registering their cards for top up. We have investigated this and can confirm cards not issued by Irish banks are affected. Our technical team along with our payment partner are working on a fix to resolve this. In the meantime, if you need to top-up you can't do so through our instant top-up section of our website try purchasing a voucher from your local store.
I'm using AIB AND Bank of Ireland cards so thats not the issue
Hi @Add_10468shsjsnsn our technical team has just made some changes to the background of our top up system. If possible the next time you are due to top up please try the instant top up and let me how you get on. If you experience any difficulties I will report them back to our technical team.
Hi. I was onto the Three Support about this persisting issue. I am with an Irish bank, so can confirm that this issue affects even cards issued by Irish banks. I tried several times to register my bank card details but My3 does not seem to compute this action. I am having trouble topping up via *all* of our channels i.e. through my My3 account, through instant top-up, & call top-up via 1913 (they are now investigating and will text me with their resolution in the next 72 hours but by then I will have run out of credit and be without coverage). The only option left is to drive 20min one way to the next shop to get a voucher to be applied. Seriously? This is extremely frustrating but more so when I come onto this Community forum and find out that this card registration / topup issue has not been resolved for months now! What is going on here??
Site will not accept BOI Debit cards (Monday 17 October 2022).
Not an issue only on my account, friend exactly the same.
Wont work on apps, MAC computer or windows computers.
Issue with the 3 syatem. Please sort.
