Cant make calls

My phone (samsung fold 4) is suddenly showing as legacy with wrong IMI on MY3 portal. I can browse internet, receive and send SMS, but cant make or receive calls.

I tried resetting network settings, clearing cache, safe mode, nothing works.

I tried a different SIM card from a different company with my fold and was able to make calls. I tried my 3 SIM card on a different device and was able to make calls. So the issue is apparently only with three on this particular phone.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Hey @Hosam, Welcome to the 3Community 🙂

I'd love to get this sorted for you, it sounds like there may be a setting off on the phone however there is some troubleshooting that we can try.

Firstly when the Three SIM is in the phone can you go into your network settings and make sure that your network selection is set to Automatic so it automatically connects to the network.

Once you have this done can you turn on Airplane mode, then after a minute turn this off and this should also refresh your connection to the network.

Hello Niall, Thanks for your responae. I forgot to mention that I already tried refreshing the network in many ways. In addition to what you suggested, I restarted the device several times, tried running in safe mode, cleared the Phone cache, switched between manual and autimatic switching, reset network settings from the General Management menu, shutdown the device and left the sim out for 5 minutes. All not working. People callin me hear it ringing, but I dont receive the call. When I remove 3's sim and pop in a different sim, it works with no issues. When I put the 3's sim in a different device, it works. It just does not work on this particular device.

Hey @Hosam from looking at your description there seems to be an issue with the settings on the device rather than it being a network issue. Can you try following the steps here and let me know if this resolves the query for you?

This was not an MMS issue. Unfortunately, I had to switch to another provider since the problem lasted too long.
