I've reached out to our technical team to get this reviewed. As soon as I have an updated I'll let you know.
Is there a solution for this already? When I get put on hold I hear it repeating constantly also 😕
Hi @Marielle_48197 I'm sorry for the poor experience. I've reached out to our networks team and they have confirmed they're working on changing the automated response.
Seems like it's fixed. Today I only heard it once and after that it was just silence. Thank you!
