If there's been no further update since the 9th I would advise contacting An Post again for an update. It's best to speak with An Post first for any updates as this will be the quickest way to get an update. If they're unable to provide any further details pop me a PM with your full name, number, address, date of birth, & order number I'll look into this further for you.
